Director of institutional relations, Carlos Alberto Cadena Ortiz, stresses that one of the company's objectives is to generate programs that promote actions to empower individuals. For this reason, the Vinte Foundation, in collaboration with Creando y Medrando, created classrooms in 2019, providing construction workers with the opportunity to continue and complete their basic education. These classrooms offer literacy programs, primary, secondary and preparatory courses, as well as computer courses and workshops for human development. For Vinte, construction workers are part of the family and the company seeks out opportunities for their development. By way of the foundation, they provide access to quality education for these workers, contributing to the goals of sustainable development. As of now, more than 40,000 families have been accommodated in Vinte communities. With a strong focus on social initiatives, Vinte continues to support UN Habitat's Sustainable Development Goals, specifically in the area of Quality Education, targeted toward construction workers.
